LAYER AIR FLOW SYSTEM
   
Used by tempo for many years, this system moves fresh air through the kitchen at a low speed without being mixed with the contaminated air. Special outlets in the walls, floor or ceiling are used for this. The air flow that is produced by the warm air rising from the cooking areas, carries most of the toxic particles into the tempurator®-units. These particles are absorbed by the tempurator® system witch would be situated above the cooking area. The tempurator® draught-free system is highly recommended for commercial kitchens.
